Quiet relaxing home on acreage just minutes from Sylvan Lake

Enjoy your vacation on our homey acreage, quiet secluded surrounded by trees and less than 10 minutes to Sylvan Lake and town center beach area
Large front entry
We have a wide open floor plan with very inviting kitchen and living room, wood fireplace you will find everything you need. Including a gas barbecue, and hot tub out the patio door.(hot tub only available May - October
Large selection of board games and crafts for rainy days
Upstairs has master bed room with king sized bed, large tile shower
its own door out to 2 tier deck and hot tub.
Second bedroom upstairs has double bed, hooks and drawers, lamp
Bedroom 3 upstairs has a Queen size bed, desk, night stand and lamp
Downstairs has pool table, dart board, poker table and bar area
Bedroom 4 downstairs has Queen size bed, hooks, desk, night stand and lamp
Bedroom 5 has a single over double bunk bed
Theater room which is used as 6 th bedroom with double sofa bed and 2 couches
Laundry room
Home will sleep 12 comfortably
Trailer parking available at a fee of $50/trailer/ night
Outside areas include large 2 tier deck with tables and chairs, with umbrellas if needed, large wood fire pit , fire wood available for $15/ bundle, inform owner how much wood you will require.
If you have little ones there is a large play center, pedal car, a trampoline,
horseshoe pits , volleyball or badminton nets can be set up if requested
You will find a beautifully landscaped yard and a great way to relax after a long day out.
There is access around back of the house for owners to use the back of property and shop for business purposes and to care for their farm animals
Horses, dogs and chickens all are self contained and not bothersome to renters

Our stay was fantastic! We stayed here with some of our wedding party for our wedding weekend and it was perfect. There was space and activities to entertain everyone, the place was clean and functional, and we loved the property!

We had the most amazing stay at Lori and Neil's! We had our intimate wedding at hilltop and need a big place to get ready/host friends and family, and their place was perfect! So much for kids to do, we enjoyed a fire every night, the hot tub and going on hikes to the lake they recommended. Our dog blu was loving the property as well. Although he doesnt stray far from us we didnt have to worry once aboyt him, he was living his best life and loving their 3 dogs! This was definitely my #1 short term rental experience and we plan on coming back next year for our anniversary!

Our family enjoyed the acridge.Very much! We enjoyed playing badminton, the poker table, trampoline and hot tub. The firepit was huge and we enjoyed all the space! It really was a very relaxing and quiet place. Thank you very much for the awesome stay!

Absolutely beautiful property! The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! Lots of space for the three families that were staying there. Loved having the horses and pups around for visiting, but beware that a couple people in our party had some allergy issues, so bring some allergy meds just incase.

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house and property. It was the perfect spot for our extended family to get together and kept us busy with all the fun activities available. We really appreciated all the extra touches and details that have been added to this property (hot tub, playground, trampolines, fire pit, etc.). The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you might need. The only negative things I could say is there were a couple of minor repairs needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent 5 days at this beautiful home in July. It is the perfect family vacation home with so much to do for kids and adults of all ages. The grandkids loved the trampolines and the playground and the adults loved the hot tub and the mammoth fire pit. It was very clean, had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and Lori is an excellent host. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Family Get Away

This was our 3rd year at this property for a 3 generation family get away. There is so much room outside that the kids were busy all the time - and the trampolines were certainly the most used. Highly recommend this place if you have a large group.

East meets West Family Vacation

The home and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Lots of activities indoors and out for all age ranges. Short drive to Sylvan Lake and Red Deer for more family fun. The firepit and hot tub were great for relaxing after a day out. Lori was prompt to answer any questions we had. We had a great trip and would definitely return again. The only thing that could have made our stay more comfortable would be new pillows in the basement bedrooms and mattresses on the bunk beds. The bunk beds had foam mattresses on plywood - wonderful for the kids, not so much the parents.

Perfect location

This was a perfect location for our family. Huge playground area with two trampolines ,swing , horseshoes, volleyball, hot tub and even horse shoes. Large theatre room inside, as well as pool and shuffle board. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and do their own thing. Kids who are 2,5,6, and 8 had an absolute blast while parents felt comfortable for their safety. Short drive to sylvan lake .

Great place for making memories!

The property is just perfectly set up and had absolutely everything we needed. The pets loved the yard, the kids loved the playground and the adults loved the hot tub. We loved and would definitely love to come back again.

Fun on the Farm

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and the property had something for everybody. Trampolines, theatre, hot tub, fire pits and more. The grounds are beautifully kept and it was fun to watch yellow finches. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks Lori

Luxury acreage on beautiful property with excellent amenities

Our purpose was a retreat for a group of old friends. We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property located near Sylvan Lake. The owners were friendly and helpful and the building and acreage had many features at a high standard of quality. The internet connection unfortunately was not enough to stream video however, something I would recommend is upgraded. We would certainly return to this getaway!

Pretty and peaceful!

So much thought has been given to the design of the outdoor space offering something for everyone but especially kids! 6 kids 4-10 years, loved the double trampoline set-up, the hotter, the huge movie screen and theatre room. The adults enjoyed the card table off the kitchen, the poker and pool table downstairs.

Fun on the jumpoline!

Wonderful family holiday with 12 of us. The youngest, 4 years old, loved the trampoline and kept telling us he was going to the “jumpoline”! The older kids (11-14) had a great time in the movie room while the adults liked all the space and the pretty grounds. It rained one day so we enjoyed indoor games and then it was warm and sunny for the beach day. Great stay!
