"We had a little confusion in the beginning with the Waze app . Such quick response time !! The property is lovely. Highly recommend ! Pool lights hot tub beds perfect for a family trip !! We had 3 adult kids and us !! So fun to see all around La Fortuna! When the door got locked !! We got it fixed asap !!! Thank you ! Even had a sloth in the tree !!! "My girlfriends and I were very impressed by our stay here. It was easy to get to and we felt extremely safe (especially because the property is almost hidden in plain sight as it’s enclosed by palm trees). "Casa Colíbri is wonderful! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We were celebrating my 40th birthday. The house is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. The hosts went above and beyond to educate guests about the property and the area nearby. "We had a lovely stay in this house just outside La Fortuna. We had delicious meals and highly recommend having breakfast and dinner at the house. "The host was great, the view of the Arenal Volcano was magnificent, the secluded pool was luxurious, the clean rooms were comfortable, and the location was ideal for our stay. Being in the middle of town the only drawback was traffic noise in the middle of the night (unavoidable). Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises."

"We were immersed into the neighborhood or the local La fortuna residences and close to the town and tour activities. We stayed with our 2 daughters, 10 and 12, while there is no AC, it cools off enough in the evening to be perfectly comfortable. There is a small market near by for basics. The yard is beautifully kept and Zuelema is very communicative when gardeners came to work. There is a river near by that we got to meet some of the locals and play in the water away from the tourist areas....
