Magnificent Luxury Villa with Spectacular Ocean/Sunset/Mountain Views!

Casa Alta Vista is an incredible Villa that is located in the Center of Manuel Antonio which makes it extremely convenient to everything and is the perfect setting to see an incredible sunset or the mountains and jungle. This is one of the only Luxury Villas in the area with this dynamic 360 degree views. It takes just 5 minutes via taxi (which are as abundant as New York City), or our public bus system to touch our very popular Manuel Antonio beach sand and/or to visit our famous National Park, and only a couple minute walk to some of our most famous local restaurants. Easy access to everything makes this luxury Villa a prime choice for your vacation stay.

Casa Alta Vista is a spacious and private compound with only one other rental Villa (which can be added to provide 10 bedrooms for large groups), along with the owner’s residence located within a secure and gated area. A nightly security guard provides that extra measure of safety and peace of mind. The owner also owns the main Grocery store in Manuel Antonio and provides his guests a nice discount on all food and beverages. This unique Villa was designed for not only the magnificent views but also to be a very open and relaxing environment. The inside of the Villa provides significant space for everyone to relax and either enjoy the scenery or just read a book overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

This beautiful 3 story custom Villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 full and two 1/2 bathrooms along with a state of the art kitchen that has access to the outdoor patio, pool and grill area. All rooms including the kitchen have air conditioning with ceiling fans spread throughout the home. The outdoor area includes a refreshing new infinity Pool with a solar water filter system along with a Jacuzzi, exterior bath, radio and speaker system, Plasma TV, wine and drink refrigerator and access to the Mirador which provides the best views in Manuel Antonio. There is also garage parking for up to three vehicles.

Exclusive Concierge – Your private Concierge Manager and Vacation Coordinator will assist with planning your exciting and memorable stay at Casa Alta Vista including coordinating a private driver to greet you at the airport in San Jose for the relaxing ride to Manuel Antonio, recommending tours and excursions with only reliable, trained and certified tour companies, secure a private Chef if required and everything else required to ensure a stress free, relaxing and truly memorable vacation.

Housekeeping Service – Housekeeping will be provided every other day during your stay or upon request. Laundry facilities are provided.

Optional In-House Chef Services – available upon request through your personal Concierge.

Security – Privately located in a fully gated area with nightly security

Grocery Discount – Since the Villa is owned by the owner of the main grocery store in Manuel Antonio, which is only a few minute walk away, you receive a 10% discount on all food and beverages – tremendous cost savings!

Celecation!
We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children & families & my brother. We had plenty of room, the views were spectacular & the house is close to public transportation. Camilo was wonderful. The buggy ride was a hit with our school age & teenage grandchildren. The waterfall is beautiful & it’s fun to get in the water. Public transportation is close & convenient. The grocery store had EVERYTHING we needed. So close to the house. We swam in the pool a couple times a day! The view is amazing. We were so comfortable!

Wonderful Stay!
This property was amazing! The house was clean, had plenty of space, and was perfect for our two families. Two of the rooms are separate from the main house, right outside the pool area. We used those two rooms for the two couples, and the kids had the entire house to themselves, which they loved. We felt very safe the entire time. The house is about a 10-minute walk from some restaurants and bars and then about a 10-minute drive to the rest of Manuel Antonio, beaches, and the entrance to the national park. Camilo was great-he was very helpful with helping us book activities and he was responsive whenever we had questions. The pool area was where we spend most of our time. There was a Bluetooth speaker, lights, a fan, a table, and chairs, and it was a great gathering area. The house is off a main road, so there was some road noise and barking dogs during the night. Unfortunately, we didn't get any wildlife or jungle sounds but the views were gorgeous.

Great place to stay!
We were traveling with another family and this house was perfect! Camillo was great and very helpful. It was nice to be able to walk to the grocery store and to restaurants and experience more of the local culture. We had a chef make us dinner the first night and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. Great house with tons of room. Awesome perks of a concierge and maid service. We had a few issues- no hot water in one room, broken tv, and a very close neighbor with little dogs that barked a LOT. But overall a great house and easily walkable to a few shops and restaurants.

Vacation review
This house was everything we expected and more. I cannot say enough good things about our service. It was hand down a 10/10! Every single thing was made super easy for our group of 8. The chef was amazing. All our excursions were wonderful, all because of our wonderful concierge Camilo! There aren’t enough stars to give him. He was simply amazing! It’s in town which we expected, and actually made it super easy with younger kids. We loved the dogs Romeo and Juliet that were frequent visitors. Overall this stay was amazing and we will be back!

Great property and terrific service from Camillo. The only recommendation is to rekey all the locks to one key. Having a key ring with 6 keys doesn’t seem necessary. Would definitely recommend.

Best Vacay Ever
This home is beautiful. Almost too much space for our party of 6, if there is such a thing as too much space. The home could easily accommodate 12. The outdoor area, pool and dining, are perfect. I would be nervous with little non-swimmers as the pools is easily accessible. The location is walking distance to bars and restaurants and a grocery store (where you get a discount during your stay). The view from everywhere is spectacular. The concierge, Camilo answered all my questions before and during the trip. He scheduled EVERYTHING, all we had to do was choose and enjoy. I cannot wait to come back. Would highly recommend.

The house was great. Had everything we needed. The concierge, Camillo, was terrific, meeting us at the property, arranging tours and always available to take our calls and answer any questions. Through Camillo we arranged for Chef Julio to prepare a wedding rehearsal dinner for our family and other guests. It was amazing.

Wonderful Stay
Our family had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and exactly what our family was looking for! We had a rental car, but walked many places including the beach (if you don’t mind some hills) and many restaurants! Camillo was a great host and helped us book some adventures! Great location with a spectacular view!
The house is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and day trips to other areas such as Dominical and Uvita which is only 45 min away by car. The roof top deck is the perfect place to watch the sun set every night. Camillo, the house manager was amazing! He helped us book 3 tours as well as a chef to come to the house two of the nights. Both meals we had were delicious. This was a great option because we had a few kids with us and after a fun filled day they were often too tired to go out to eat. I highly recommend this home. It was our first time in Costa Rica and Camillo had a great recommendations and advice. Oh and there are two adorable pugs that come and visit the home and they were a highlight for all of us.

Great place with the convenient location.
We stayed here for 2 weeks with 6 adults and 5 kids. It was more then enough space for us. Very nice house, very cozy with the nice size swimming pool and the deck at the very top with the amazing view of the ocean and one of the best views of the sunset in Manuel Antonio. There is a Food store right next to the house , which is super nice. Few things to note is that one room window is right by the outside table and you can hear the conversations from the inside. There is no dishwasher so be ready 💪🏻. And the house is near by the road, and if you looking for the quite nights it won’t happen, cars and motorcycles can be heard. All of those mention things didn’t ruin our stay at all it is just nice to know. Highly recommend this place and thanks to Camilo, who made our stay very pleasant and worry free.

Great, fun house with a convenient location.
This house is in a great location if you want the convenience of being near the main road. The house is right next to Super Joseph which is a little corner grocery store. It is also easy walking to Cafe Milagro which is great for coffee and breakfast and Aqual Azul which is a restaurant that we love when we go to Costa Rica. The house was great size and has some nice view once you are inside and up on the deck. Camillo was awesome and super responsive. Miguel who is always working around the property and the maids were all wonderful. Something you can't tell from the pictures is that there are 3 houses with-in the same gate. This was not an issue just something I didn't know. It would be possible to rent both Casa Alta Vista and Grande Vista if you had a big group which would be fun. The only slight negative is that because you are close to the main road you do hear some of the road noise, but for us on this trip it was worth it to be able to walk more easily or to take a bus/taxi. I thought we might miss out on some of the animals that we normally see by being closer to the road but we saw Tucans, Macaws, and both squirrel and capuchin Monkeys.

We had a wonderful time in Manuel Antonio thanks to Camilo and his team. The house was beautiful and after getting in very late we were greeted with fresh fruit. The house came with a book of recommendations that were spot on. Camilo even made arrangements for us to go jet skiing on the ocean and sent a driver to pick us up. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and it won't be our last. One word of advise- take the location instructions for the house seriously!

Casa Alta Vista is a beautiful home in a great location! The views are fabulous from the pool and the rooftop deck. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this property! Lots of room for our group of 9 adults. Location is ideal--grocery store at the end of the block, plenty of dining options within walking distance, bus stop close by to catch a ride to the beaches and Manuel Antonio National Park. Views from the pool deck and roof top deck are amazing! Concierge is top notch. Camilo was exceptionally responsive and informative from the moment we reserved Casa Alta Vista through checkout. From booking tours to providing helpful info about what to expect when in Costa Rica, Camilo did it all! Thank you for a wonderful vacation and hoping for a return trip one day! Pura Vida!

The location was good- you are not at the beach, but you can easily get there by car or bus. The view from the top deck was great, we watched the sunset every night we could. The house is spacious and well kept. It is located a couple of houses from the grocery store, and is close to many restaurants. Camilo was very helpful in arranging everything, and answering questions before and during our trip. We enjoyed all of the trips we selected from his suggested list. The home was a little hard to find- I would say turn left at the Joseth Grocery Store and go up a few houses to the wood/white gate. We enjoyed the pool area after our excursions and in the evening. I would recommend Casa Alta Vista as a great base for enjoying the Manuel Antonio Area.

Great house, fabulous concierge team! 6 adults stay for a week in April 2019
We loved our stay at Casa Alta Vista in Manuel Antonio! We were a party of three couples, no kids, who had the pleasure of renting out the house in April 2019. Shiona’s assistance with planning everything was invaluable; from transportation at the airport, excursions, to expectations after arriving, everything was excellent. Shiona went on holiday and handed things off to Camilo, who was the first coordinator we met in person. What a great presence he was for our vacation! Anything needed he took care of with friendly professionalism. Camilo had plans for his own holiday, so Sabrina stepped in and continued with the excellent customer service. The first class concierge team definitely exceeded our expectations. The house was amazing, just what we needed. For six of us, we were more than comfortable with the amount of space provided. The scenery is so relaxing that sitting by the pool was a joy, we spent hours outside enjoying the beautiful property. Water pressure and balancing the water temperature in some of the rooms presented a slight challenge but it wasn’t anything major. The kitchen was well stocked and we had no need to call for any maintenance the entire week. Casa Alta Vista is part of a gated group of three houses; one where the owner lives and he rents out the other two as vacation homes. There is plenty of privacy. The maid service was excellent, efficient, prompt and never obtrusive while we were there. The cleaning service really added to the relaxation of our vacation. Something fun, very fun…. the owner has two cute Pugs, Romeo and Juliet. They were an unexpected treat for all of us! They greeted us when we arrived with such a friendly joy, we could tell they are lovers of people. They are well trained, we were there a week and never saw either one with bad manners, lovely to have around. The Rainmaker Night Tour, the Catamaran Tour, the Vacation Buggy Waterfall & Jungle Tour and the Spice Farm tour were all worth the money. Plenty of authentic cuisine enhanced the excursions and left us all with a great love of the food in Costa Rica.The guides were extremely knowledgeable with outgoing personalities. We had two meals prepared by Chef Alejandro, which Shiona and Camilo arranged for us. After a long day of traveling, lunch with Chef Alejandro was amazing! Chef Alejandro also prepared a beautiful dinner for us, I highly recommend him for your visit. It was a fantastic trip, I highly recommend Casa Alta Vista!
