The listed rate in this ad is for a maximum of 6 bedrooms/12 people. Please inquire for rates for additional bedrooms/people as this villa has 10 bedrooms and can sleep up to 26 guests. However, be assured it is always private for just your group.

THE SPACE
Casa de las Brisas has a lovely space for every possible activity a large group would need for entertainment. From the sky deck for sunbathing, relaxing in hammocks amid the Pacific Ocean breezes, floating in one of the 3 pools, sipping a cocktail on the terrace, playing billiards and foosball in the game room or quiet nooks for reading a book or doing yoga. It’s all about relaxation and celebration—truly being on vacation. There are several options for large group dining including a custom-designed indoor dining table that seats 14 people. The grand terrace is open air with several different lounge sitting areas and a dining area for great conversation and just hanging out with family and friends.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Pacific Canyon Drive is a private gated neighborhood set off the main Manuel Antonio road. It is a community built by expats that wanted the comforts of modern luxury living within a tropical beach town. All conveniences and necessities are available by bus, taxi or walking distance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute reservations within the next 60 days, maid service will only be provided every other day, for additional service there will be an extra charge of $50 per day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa. And the chef services will not be included at all, but may be added by our guest services team.
A $400-500 cash deposit (depending on the size of your group) may be required at check in to cover any damage or missing items.
