Outside the building, parking is free from November 1 through March 30 and requires a fee from April 1 through October 31.
There are plenty of parking spaces available around the residence.

Included: linens (towel sets, sheets, dish towels, bath mats) and end-of-stay cleaning.

No Wi-Fi in the apartment.
One pet is allowed.
Baby equipment available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability (a travel crib and high chair)
You will have the apartment to yourselves.
You will receive a set of keys.
Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
You can check in on your own using a key box.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs.
Only one pet is allowed in the apartment, provided it is house-trained and does not cause damage.
Please do not smoke or vape inside the apartment.
No parties or gatherings are allowed to ensure peace and quiet for the neighborhood.
