This gorgeous apartment boasts three bedrooms (two of which are lake-facing), including two with ensuite plus a third bathroom. An open-plan living/ kitchen/ dining area ensuring ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. The fully functional modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. With wireless internet at your fingertips, staying connected is easy.


BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS:
Bedroom 1- King Size Bed that can be split into 2 singles if required.
Bedroom 2- two Single Beds that can be made into a king size bed
Bedroom 3- two Single Beds that can be made into a king size bed
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.

A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. The person making the booking must be over the age of 25.

Guest Access:
You will have full use of the entire house.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
