This modern, generously sized apartment offers a relaxed open-plan layout with stunning views over Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains from the living, dining, and kitchen areas.



Designed for group stays, the home comfortably accommodates families and friends, with five well-appointed bedrooms and excellent separation of space.

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

The Neighborhood:

The neighbourhood is wonderful. The Queenstown Hill hiking trail is up behind the house... approx 600 m away. The lakeshore walking track down along the Queenstown lakefront.

The Gondola is 1 km away.



It is a very quiet neighbourhood... and all the windows are double glazed, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.



Getting Around:

Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It's only an 300 m walk to the shops and restaurants.



The closest Orbus bus stop is about 200 metres away. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.

Maximum of 10 guests

At least one guest must be over the age of 25

No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.

3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5

Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours.
