The Space:

Welcome to Villa sur le Lac, an exceptional chalet located in Shannon, less than 30 minutes from Québec City. Nestled along a peaceful man-made lake with a sandy beach, this high-end property offers the perfect setting for family vacations, gatherings with friends, or memorable reunions. Whether in summer or winter, it is the ideal place to unwind, have fun, and enjoy nature at its best.



During the summer season, you can swim in the lake, relax on the beach, paddleboard, play volleyball, explore nearby hiking trails, or simply unwind at the chalet. In the winter months, the region provides quick access to snowmobile and ATV trails, snowshoe paths, and a variety of outdoor activities. The location is also perfect for visiting major attractions such as Village Vacances Valcartier, the Bora Parc, Duchesnay resort, and several recreation centers.



The Villa stands out for its bright, spacious layout and numerous amenities designed for everyone’s comfort. The main open-concept living area features a fully equipped modern kitchen (double air fryer, raclette set, electric fondue, children’s dishware), a dining room that seats up to 16 guests, and a cozy living room with a propane fireplace and an 80” TV.



The mezzanine: The Suites!

-Suite Nordique: one Queen bed, one Double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower.



Garden level: The Rooms!

-Refuge autour du feu: one Double bed.

-Refuge forestier: one Queen bed.

-Refuge du sous-bois: one Queen bed and one bunk bed (2 single mattresses) and a private bathroom with shower.



The chalet also includes an additional bathroom on the garden level for maximum comfort, as well as a powder room on the main floor.



For your entertainment, the chalet includes a foosball table, board games, karaoke, a Bluetooth speaker, and reliable high-speed Internet.



Outside, enjoy a private year-round spa, a spacious landscaped lot, multiple lounge chairs, parasols, and water equipment such as paddleboards and floating chairs. The outdoor firepit is available from May to October, and a BBQ is provided during the summer season. A locking shed allows you to safely store your bicycles. Parking is available for up to 8 vehicles, and an electric vehicle charging station is located on site.
