Welcome to Kub 61, a villa that exudes charm and comfort, nestled in the serene surroundings of Domaine du Grand-Portneuf. Offering a warm and inviting atmosphere, this destination is perfect for rejuvenating moments in nature.



From the moment you arrive, you’ll be enchanted by the natural light flooding the villa through its large windows. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort: two bedrooms with queen beds, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals, a living room with air conditioning, and a dining area ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. A BBQ is available from May to November!



New for added convenience: a Tesla charging station with an NACS connector is now available for your use.





Le Domaine du Grand-Portneuf also offers high-quality shared facilities to enhance your stay: a relaxing sauna, a soothing hot tub, a billiard table for lively evenings, an indoor fireplace for cooler days, and a heated outdoor pool available seasonally. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the variety of nearby activities, including a golf course just 1 km away, hiking trails, mountain biking, river descents, and winter activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Horseback riding enthusiasts will find a nearby equestrian center, and fishing fans will appreciate access to the Jacques-Cartier River.



Located just 35 minutes from Quebec City, this villa is a true haven where nature and comfort meet. Whether for a relaxing weekend getaway or an extended escape, Kub 61 promises unforgettable memories.





Booking Conditions: The minimum required age is 21. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for certain periods, such as the holiday season, school breaks, and public holidays. Arrivals are not permitted on December 25 and January 1. Access to shared facilities must be reserved on-site, and the number of guests must match the reservation.



Depending on the services applicable to the property, maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including for hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required.
