Summary:
Newly renovated designer 2-bedroom, 3 bed unit in the heart of Old Quebec, perched on an escarpment with unobstructed views of the port, river and mountains. Steps away from all the best attractions of the city.

Located in an historic hotel converted into modern apartments, a great base from which to explore this wonderful city. This unit is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator to the unit.

Please note that there is no parking available on-site. However, we provide free underground parking for 1 car near the hotel, which is just a short 8-minute walk (approximately 500 meters) away. An access card is available in the unit for the parking facility, and please be aware that the height limit for vehicles is 1.85 meters.

Beautiful City Center Apartment

Went to Quebec City with our kids for a family vacation. The apartment is centrally located but off the beaten path enough that it is very quiet. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment but we didnā€™t find them to be an issue at all. The one caveat is that the roof deck is right next to the main bedroom window and anyone in the building can go out there. We had one group out there at night but only for 15 min and the shades really dampen the noise. Overall, the apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and enough space that the two kids could take breaks from each other.

Our family of four spent a great week in this comfortable and quiet top floor apartment, within a 5 to 10 minute walk of most of Quebec City's restaurants and attractions.

Easy walking to everything you want to see in charming Old Quebec City!

Very clean and quiet. The after 4:00 pm Check-in was a little late for us but locked suitcase storage was available at no charge. Be ready to haul your bags up 3 flights of stairs as there is no elevator. All in all I would stay again as the climb was good exercise after all the eating we did!

Monter ses bagages lourds au 3iĆØme Ć©tage, pas Ć©vident. Pas de stationnement pour la deuxiĆØme voiture alors que c'est un appartement pour 4 ou 6 personnes. Verres sales dans l'armoire, plaque Ć  biscuits toute grasse dans le tiroir du poĆ«le. Grille pain Ć  deux tranches alors qu'on est 4. Un appartement pensĆ©, au niveau des commoditĆ©s et accessoirs de cuisine, pour 2 personnes. 2 verres Ć  vin seulement. Nous avons du descendre au rez-de-chaussĆ©e en chercher d'autres. Appartement pour des gens qui mangent souvent au resto. Pas de penderie. Pratiquement pas de crochets pour suspendre nos vĆŖtements mais, il y a une commode dans les deux chambres. Table de cuisine trĆØs inconfortable pour les personnes assises sur le banc. 2 dĆ©barbouillettes par couple pour tout notre sĆ©jour. Encore lĆ , descendre au rez-de-chaussĆ©e en demander d'autres. ƀ notre dĆ©part, obligation de rapporter la carte de stationnement dans l'appartement au 3iĆØme Ć©tage alors qu'il pourrait y avoir des boĆ®tes de dĆ©pĆ“t au rez-de-chaussĆ©e. Obligation de laisser les rideaux fermĆ©s dans la chambre donnant sur le balcon car, les gens peuvent tout voir Ć  l'intĆ©rieur. Impossible de profiter de ce balcon (alors qu'on a payĆ© pour Ƨa) car, il y avait des travaux de peinture. Point positif : Bien situĆ© pour quelqu'un qui veut visiter et profiter du Vieux QuĆ©bec, petit Champlain et Place Royale.

Apartment rental as described. Property manager communicated promptly with me thru VRBO app and was able to give us recommendations for city tours and taxi service. Location was great. Quebec City is charming and we felt very safe in our neighborhood.

Charming with a view

Our girls trip this year was to Quebec City and this was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The rooftop view was amazing! We definitely got our workouts in with the stairs. I think the only comments made between four of us while we were there was that a full length mirror would be a good addition and some shelving in the main shower for supplies. Everything was clean and stocked for all our needs. Would definitely recommend this location!

The apt. Was clean and neat. Three flights of stairs and no elevator. Be sure to read description carefully! Tub and shower pretty slippery. Kitchen cupboards were a bit deceptive. We didnā€™t realize the area above microwave WAS a cupboard! Could have used a spatula.

Amazing Property

My wife, two teens and I stayed here during the week for three nights. The location was perfect for getting around Old Quebec. Communication and check in with the property manager was all via VRBO & email - clear and easy to follow. Property was spacious and clean however, it is up 3-4 flight of stairs. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

We had a wonderful few days in the old Quebec City. This location is perfect to walk to the historic locations as well as shops and restaurants. The roof top view of the harbor was great for coffee in the morning and end of day relaxation.

Great Location in Old QuƩbec

Donā€™t be fooled by the age of the building; this little apartment is clean and modern. Perfect for two couples, we each had a good-sized bedroom and bathroom. There are also a well-supplied kitchen and laundry and a comfortable dining/living area. All the sights of Vieux QuĆ©bec are within a short walk. After a dayā€™s activities, we enjoyed the view of Vieux Port from the hotelā€™s roof-top patio. The host was very responsive to all communication. Highly recommended to people who donā€™t mind a few stairs.

Modern Accommodations close to everything

Our family of 4 stay in this lovely unit for 3 nights. It was located in a multi-unit building, but we never heard a peep out of any of the other guests in the building. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and the space was well decorated. The location was super close to lots of shops and places to eat. We would stay here again.
