The spacious and oversized apartments at the Royal Dalhousie have generous windows offering a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River and Place des Canotiers. You will also have access to our rooftop terrace to enjoy a 360 view from Ile d'Orléans to Château Frontenac. An ideal place to have your coffee, get together for a happy hour or admire the fireworks on festive evenings. The Royal Dalhousie apartments with free WI-FI connection have huge common areas such as a living room with HD smart TV and HD receiver. A large dining room to enjoy your meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with appliances (fridge, stove and 30-inch dishwasher), small electrical appliances (double coffee maker, toaster, food processor and slow cooker), cookware and cooking utensils. kitchenware, cutlery and glasses. Sumptuous individual and comfortable bedrooms with, for the most part, a complete adjoining bathroom with shower and bath. Towels, hair dryer, personal hygiene products, ironing board and iron, washer and dryer, everything is there! A park, a high chair and a folding bed are available on request.
The building is easily accessible and has an elevator and outdoor parking in the backyard ($).

The location was great with a beautiful view of the river. Everything was within walking distance. The condo was clean, spacious and beautiful. It had everything we needed. The host greeted us and showed us to the condo.

Christmas week in Old Quebec made all the more special staying in Chinic at Royal Dalhousie! It is perfect in every way. Monsieur Gregoire was delightful, helpful, and engaging. The condo and all its features and amenities are exceptional. The view is peaceful; the location cannot be beat. We will return to enjoy it again!!!

The owner met us and showed us around his wonderful apartment place is huge about 2500ft2 . Full windows at front to over look the river, just a wonderful place to stay, relax and enjoy all Quebec has the offer. Will definitely stay again

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful view. It is close to everything. The condo is large and comfortable. We had 4 adults The owner Gregoire had drinks on the rooftop with us he has some great stories! I highly recommend staying here

Just Perfect

I am at a point in my life where I want my vacation lodging to capture the quintessential nature of the place that I am staying. This was perfect. It's comfortable, clean, spacious, safe and quiet. The river views are world class. The location allows for easy exploration of Old Quebec. We enjoyed it immensely. The only downside was that there is construction going on next door. Au revoir le beau vieux Quebec.

Spacious apartment in great location

We stayed at RD in July with our two young kids. The building is 125 years old and located across from the river. Our view was of the water, and we could see the cruise ships arrive every morning. The location was convenient—just a five-minute walk from most places. We were on the fourth floor in the Chinic apartment, which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was spacious but could’ve been a little cleaner (e.g., the freezer and microwave had crumbs, found a strand of hair and dust in one of the bathroom drawers). We appreciated having the washer and dryer. There was a rooftop terrace. You have to call the hotel 30 minutes before you arrive to check in. I’d stay here again.

Anniversary trip

This property was in a fabulous location. Close to everything we were interested in seeing. Loved the rooftop patio. So helpful to have the elevator with one of our group members in a wheelchair. Would recommend and stay again.

Overall experience was really nice and the location, host, and communication was excellent. Plenty of room for two couples and guests. Only thing that would have ticked all the boxes for us would have been better vacuuming of the rugs. Otherwise a nice stay.

Magical Getaway

The Royal Dalhouse room we stayed in was Penthouse Le chinic. You walk in to a breathtaking view of floor to ceiling window's of the river. The apartment is so spacious and has all the amenties you need to make yourself at home. Very clean! We brought all our own food and aluminum trays to heat up our food. Only thing missing was aluminum foil. But they had plenty of coffee, spices, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, crockpot to use. Parking lot was adjacent to the apartment. They have an elevator. It is off the busy streets, but walk just 2 small blocks and you are in the heart of the lower quarters. It was decorated for the holidays and had a magical look to the town. Very close to the lift to take you to the upper section. Penthouse Le chinic is the perfect place to stay in old quebec. Easy checkin, we were greeted by a very nice gentleman who got us up to our place, showed us around and gave a few suggestions of things to do. We were 4 adults and each had our own private room and bathrooms, bonus was a washer and dryer. I suggest you shop for snacks and food before arriving. There is nothing walkable to pick up neccessities, milk, juice etc. But plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs just around the corner. Can't wait to go back.

Excellent location

The property was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The furnishings were comfortable and overall the unit was very well appointed. The location was perfect for walking around all of old Quebec. Walk out your door and you are in the heart of this beautiful place! The views were stunning from the floor to ceiling windows and the rooftop deck was a bonus! Also there is ample parking in a private parking lot for guests only. Lastly the hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and kind! They were waiting for us when we arrived and answered all questions. I would highly recommend staying in this condo without hesitation!

A wonderful loft space. Pics are accurate and true. We loved the convenience of the location and I don't think I will ever forget the beautiful view from our window!! Pierre was a charming and very helpful host and when we return to Quebec City we will always stay at Royal Dalhousie!!

Spectacular location with stunning views

If we could rate this a 6 star we would. The place was spacious and clean. Great layout with the full set of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river. Checkin was very personal - with Pierre meeting us and providing a tour of the condo plus the rooftop patio. The location allowed us to park our cars and walk everywhere which was so convenient. And Quebec is awesome. We highly recommend this spectacular place! We are certain we will be back!

Absolutely loved our stay!

Not only are the hosts kind and very easy to communicate with, but the property is STUNNING! We felt like we were in complete luxury with the view of the river, the spaciousness of the apartment, and the walkable location. Everything was so smooth from beginning to end. If we come back to Quebec City, we will undoubtedly book this apartment again. We LOVED it and highly recommend it to other families and travelers. Their on-site parking is also super easy. You can't get a better location for walking to attractions and restaurants in Old Town or Petit-Champlain. I cannot recommend this place enough - it was truly perfect.

Best location and place!!

One of the most magnificent properties we have stayed in anywhere. Couldn’t be happier! Large beautiful space, right at the river. The view is not in the pictures but coffee watching the ships pass in the mornings was a treat! The patio at night gives you a glimpse of lighted Quebec. Wonderful hosts. Can’t wait to come back!
