"Rooms were clean and comfortable albeit slightly dated, decor wise. House keeping was excellent. The restaurant next door which is part of the hotel was also excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and always made an effort to welcome you back at the end of the day and at the beginning of day. Good quiet location and walking distance to cafes and restaurants."

"İd like to ask Tourism Agency Dept of Azerbaijan Republic pls do your job and feel the response of all power that was givven to you guys by Goverment. Everything in hotel was like 1 from 10. You guys are wasting goverment and citizens stuff."

"Reception - guest management needs to be improved, only one person at the reception and several people in the line, had to wait almost an hour because of complex requirements (too conservative for 3-star hotel). Miscommunication over the phone on spa access, the reality was different, but quickly solved."
