"O quarto é um pouco apertado e seria melhor não ter carpete... Um pequeno vazamento no box do banheiro. Chato, mas administrável. A TV também não lhe permite acesso a streamings (importante quando o inglês não é sua primeira língua e a estadia é longa)...
No entanto os funcionários são uns queridos! Fomos muito bem cuidados e até mimados por todos! A cordialidade e proatividade fez nossa estadia excelente "

"We had a great 3 night stay the weekend before Christmas. Breakfast was included in our rate at the adjacent pub and it was fab - all cooked to order plus a continental buffet, and some choices too (full english, sandwiches, avocado and poached egg on toast etc).
Hotel was nice a quiet, plenty of free parking. Beds were just a little bit too hard for us but we had busy days out so we slept well anyway.
Would definitely stay again when visiting the area! "

"The hotel is just awesome. The member of staff during check-in was great and but then the only interaction with staff we had during breakfast. And they were truly fantastic. The majority appear to be uni students as they all seem that age. Every single one of them was very helpful, professional but super friendly.
