"The Villa is perfectly proportioned, rooms are a good size, bathrooms and kitchen modern and lunge/main bedrooms have AC. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The BBQ area is well positioned adjacent to the kitchen and pool and the pool itself is clean and warm. Nice garden and furniture to sit on around the pool and privacy all around the Villa. Great location near the old village - 5 mins walk away, or quick 7 mins drive into Vilamoura centre. The Villa had everything we needed and has good security...

"DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA, the property was not usable. The pool pump not working, scummy water in the pool, flies/fleas in every room, snails on toilet seats, live exposed wires on the fuseboard and lights. Very, very unhelpful property management company, no morals whatsover and happy to leave us staying at an unsuitable villa and refused a refund despite all of these issues and more! "
