"This adorable house is in a nice neighborhood .5 miles from the Bavarian Inn restaurant and shopping. The host was super responsive when I had questions. I felt very comfortable at Huber House. Weather didn’t permit using the patio and swings, but it looked very inviting. "

"Cute house in a great location, Walking distance to downtown Bay City. Had some plumbing issues and the property manager was quick on getting service. Rooms were spacious, large dining table and cozy living area. Bathroom upstairs needs work and the shower in the downstairs needs to be fixed"

"We (group of 6 adults and one child) stayed for a family weekend to visit our daughter at SVSU. The house was just as described and well stocked with bathroom essentials and kitchen tools. The house is very clean and while the neighborhood looks older, it was very quiet and we had no issues or ever felt unsafe. We would absolutely stay here again!"
