The Space:
An accommodation literally in front of the beach, with a large private patio offering unparalleled views of the endless blue, combines luxury and attention to detail to provide you with a unique experience. The area blends a cosmopolitan style with a feeling of seclusion, allowing you to enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation.

The accommodation features a main house and a guest house. The main house has four beds (one double and two singles), and the guest house has one double bed. There is also a kitchen area (a separate room) where you can prepare and enjoy all your meals. A comfortable bathroom and an outdoor shower, perfect for your return from the beach, are available. The bathroom is outside and not connected to either of the rooms.

All four spaces are independent and autonomous, connected only through the courtyard, reflecting the local traditional architecture.

You arrive through the private front yard, where you can enjoy breakfast at sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset while hearing the waves from the sea!

Guests have exclusive access to all rooms and the private yard. Just a few steps away lies Zagka Beach — one of the most beautiful beaches in Koroni.

The Neighborhood:
Koroni is a picturesque coastal town located in the southwestern Peloponnese, known for its charming harbor, traditional architecture, and historic Venetian castle overlooking the sea. The town’s narrow cobblestone streets and local tavernas create a warm and authentic Greek atmosphere, perfect for visitors seeking both relaxation and cultural experiences.

The local beaches of Zaga and Memi stretch for a combined length of about 4 kilometers, offering plenty of space for sunbathing and swimming. Nearby, several other stunning beaches such as Chomati, Kantouni, Livadia, and Lachanou provide even more beautiful spots to enjoy the sea and sun. Within the town, you will find supermarkets, bakeries, and various shops for all your daily needs. Numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, and traditional taverns are located just steps from the sea, creating a lively and welcoming environment.

You can easily walk to the center of Koroni, as the house is located in a very central spot. To explore the wider area and its many attractions, having a car is the best option. This way, you’ll be able to visit the beautiful beaches and enjoy everything the region has to offer.

Please note that cars cannot reach the house directly. We recommend using a backpack instead of wheeled luggage for easier access. You can either walk through a small alley (approximately a 5-minute walk-kindly note that there are steps) or access the house via the beach. Please note that linen changes are not included during the stay by default, but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of €15 per person. Fresh towels are available free of charge, also upon request.
