The spacious kitchen/dining area is the heart of the home, featuring a traditional oil-fired AGA for that cozy, rustic charm, as well as modern appliances including a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, oven/stovetop, washing machine, and dishwasher. After preparing a delicious meal, enjoy dining by the wood-burning stove to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. For those moments of solitude, the separate living room with its own wood-burning stove is perfect for curling up with a book.



Sleeping arrangements include three beautiful bedrooms: a king-size room with a sink and an en-suite clawfoot bathtub, shower over, and bathroom; another king-size room with a clawfoot bathtub, handheld shower, en-suite sink, and bathroom; and a cozy twin room. For the seventh guest, there's a daybed on the landing, and a ground-floor half bathroom with toilet and sink.



Outside, you'll find a private backyard complete with a patio, furniture, and grill - ideal for outdoor dining in the warmer months. Guests can also enjoy walking through two acres of picturesque landscapes, perfect for a peaceful stroll. The area is perfect for exploring, whether you enjoy cycling, walking along country roads, or taking in the abundant wildlife that frequently visits the property, including pheasants, hares, and woodpeckers.



The property also offers off-street parking, and a highchair and travel crib are available for those with little ones (pillow and linens not provided).



Local amenities include a bar just 2.7 miles away, with the store and beach in Criccieth only 4.4 miles from the property.
