We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property and were impressed with its above average specification and additional features.
As a party of 13, we occupied both the ground floor and first floor apartments which connected easily through a shared entrance hall and separate key lock doors.
Both of the kitchens were clean, modern, and generally well equipped. The bathrooms were stylish and clean and the bath and shower options suited us well. We loved the plentiful supply of hot water and the fluffy towels.
We took our meals together in the large attractive upper floor lounge, furnished with a long table and two comfortable chesterfield sofas. There was also a large TV and a multitude of streaming services. The pool table room was popular with the children. The wi-fi signal was strong and reliable.
We visited in April when the weather unfortunately was cold and rainy, so we appreciated the very effective central heating system, thermostatically controlled and the heated towel rails.
Two of our five cars were accommodated at the rear of the property but there was free roadside parking too.
There was good communication prior to arrival through a third-party letting agency and queries were responded to speedily. We knew the house was in a built-up residential area with no garden but it was only a short distance to the seafront where we enjoyed bracing walks along the beach. We spent time at the pretty towns of Criccieth and Abersoch and explored Harlech Castle and Portmerion.
The hot tub was not in use but, in its position, was vulnerable in the gusty winds.
On the downside, we found the mattresses a little too springy and uncomfortable.
The dustbins were full from the previous visitors and were only emptied by the private company on the day of our departure.
