Christmas 2023
We have stayed at Pen Y Glyn a few times during the summer months. On this occasion we stayed during the Christmas break and it was as nice as ever! It was very clean when we arrived, cosy and warm. I am sure we will return to this special house that holds lots of memories for us. Thank you Claire & Victoria

Fabulous property in Abersoch
The house was exactly as expected, beautifully clean, welcome pack, cleaning products provided as well as loo roll. The beds are super soft and comfortable and we all slept well. Messaging system with the owners not working - kept saying message not sent. We only wanted to request a slightly later check out but we were almost out when the cleaning staff arrived at 10.15

Family Weekend Away
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Beautifully equipped and within an easy walking distance to the centre of Abersoch with lovely bars, cafes and a gorgeous beach. The only one thing I would say is the beds were quite soft which meant I didn't sleep very well as I am used to a firmer mattress. Overall a fabulous stay, thank you.

Lovely family break
A really lovely stay in this house. It's really well equipped and had everything we needed, and the little extras like games and beach towels were an added bonus. The garden was great, and was really secure for our little girl to play in. Great communication from the owners.

Amazing place
Without doubt one of the best equipped holiday rentals we have ever used. Would definitely recommend to families and groups beautifully decorated, very clean, excellently, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a brilliant location. Will definitely be coming back great communication too from the hosts and flexibility - We absolutely loved it.

This is such a great property modern warm and home from home. The owners have thought of everything even to supplying lovely blankets for a relaxing time indoors whilst cold weather around snow on mountains, this house has everything layout is fab, really didn’t want to leave, will be back in the summer.

A fantastic week
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely house. Fantastic location within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants and the beach. The house was so comfortable and well equipped - it had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future .

Claire & Victoria’s holiday home in Abersoch is beautiful.
My family and I feel very rested and refreshed after staying in this beautiful property. It is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The furnishings and little touches make it so inviting. The communication was 100% and the very early check in was much appreciated Many thanks Janet & Family xx

Beautiful central home
We have had a fabulous holiday, the house has just about everything that you could wish for. The beach towels were a lovely added bonus. It is a truly beautiful house which is finished to a great standard and no spence spared on the furnishings. All the little touches make it feel homely with welcome milk, cake and Prosecco were much appreciated. We would certainly recommend the house to anyone looking for a beautiful spacious home in a central location and look to return again. Congratulations on your beautiful home.

Excellent stay
Such a great location. The house had everything you could need for your stay. We were two families with small children and it was great. The house was very clean. The garden was brilliant for them to run around. Communication was spot on with the owners and they were kind enough to let us check in earlier if we needed to as no one was in the night before. We would definitely come back.

Walking into this property you instantly get a welcoming and homely feeling , the house is amazing! . A very modern and fresh interior looks exactly like the pictures. The area is great , so close to the beach and shops , the property had everything we needed and more. Overall a wonderful weekend away :)

Heaven.
Beautiful house for my family 5 adults and 3 children. Lots of space. The owners had thought of everything indoor games and outdoor beach toys for the children. Beach towels picnic cooler rugs etc. Coffee machine washer and tumble dryer. Lovely comfy beds spotless clean. I couldnt find any fault with this property. even a welcome basket..

Wonderful home away from home!
What a beautiful home, with everything you could need, I cooked a Sunday roast for 7! Beautifully presented, clean and well equipped. The property is even closer to the local amenities than the description. Everything you need in the village was within 5mins walk including the beach. The hosts, Victoria & Claire were fantastic and got back to me straight away. We can’t wait to go back next spring.

Excellent home from home in Abersoch at a reasonable price. Great location. Loved every minute .
A lovely bottle of Cava and a large traditional Welsh cake welcomed us three couples that were supposed to be celebrating a 50th birthday in Krakow but because of Covid had to reschedule after moving the holiday twice. We booked this lovely, high spec decor house. The owners were really quick with any responses and easily accommodating. The house is in a great position for the centre and the beach. The house was immaculate and spotlessly clean. We also didn’t want for anything. Everything you could need was provided, the best house we have ever stayed at in Abersoch and we’ve stayed in quite a few.. Thank you so much , we will be back x

Lovely property
Great house with everything you would need for a great stay. Hosts left wine and cake which was a lovely gesture, communication great with hosts. Unfortunately due to ongoing Covid-19 many restaurants not open but would be great when things improve. Would return as Abersoch is beautiful

Wow, such an amazing home!
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home! It is a home away from home, it ticks every box, couldn’t have asked for more, the pictures don’t do it justice. We came with two families and it was well equipped for both adults, toddlers and babies! Loved all the extra touches too, such as beach towels, games, toys and welcome pack. Plenty of space and the decor was lovely(we now have ideas for how we want our next house) the walk into central Abersoch took 5 minutes and the beach under 10 (with kids too). The owners were quick at responding and very helpful. We would be 100% be recommending your property and can’t wait to come back already! Thanks once again x

Perfect family holiday accommodation
We had an excellent stay in Abersoch. The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with good quality kitchen ware, everything you need. Tastefully decorated and furnished, more like a home than a rental, exactly like the photos. The sunny garden was really nice to sit in after a day on the beach, we were lucky with the weather. We had our 2 grandsons with us and there were plenty of games for them. The location is only 5 minutes walk into Abersoch and 10 minutes to the beach, couldn’t be better. No worrying about parking. Claire and Victoria were really prompt with their replies right from booking and throughout our holiday until we left. Replying almost straight away if we had any questions, I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and will come back again in the future. Thank you

Wow, and Wow again. This house had everything - high spec fixtures and fittings, top quality furnishings and kitchen. Five minutes walk from beach, shops and village. Space for 2 cars. Nice outside area. The owners were helpful with quick response for any questions. Everything was perfect.

Great holiday rental for two families with children. Located just up the hill from the harbour in Abersoch. Four good size bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and downstairs there’s a great open plan living / dining / kitchen space plus a separate lounge which meant adults and kids could have their own space in the evening if you weren’t going out! Weather was a bit grey and chilly when we were there, so we didn’t make use of the outdoor dining option in the garden. Think the option of there being a bbq in the garden would be good if you are lucky to be blessed with warm sunny weather!

Beautiful house in the centre of Abersoch. Wonderful kitchen diner family room and added bonus of a separate lounge so enough comfy seating for a big group or separate adult room! Great hosts who were quick to respond and make our stay perfect! Highly recommended!

Abersoch Holiday House
This was our second time we stayed at this property in Abersoch. We again thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with the property very clean on arrival and its location to village only 5 mins walk and to Abersoch beach about 12 mins walk. The communications before arrival very good and any queries responded to quickly as well. I can strongly recommend this property to stay in Abersoch with great access to local facilities and a great base if you want to travel around the peninsula as well.

A special weekend in Abersoch
Post lockdown, we arranged to stay with our daughter, her husband and grandchildren in Abersoch. We travelled there from the North East and the Midlands. We arranged our stay through Vrbo. Prior to arrival our hostesses Claire and Victoria contacted us and made us feel confident that on arrival all would be well. Their property is amazing, all that we had expected and a lot more. We felt that we must be the first visitors as everything was pristine. The kitchen / dining room was modern light and so well equipped, crockery, utensils and kitchen equipment all that could possibly be expected. There is a sitting area off the dining room with bifold doors opening onto decking where, with better weather we could have 'eaten out'. The lawns were sensibly artificial and the neighbours understanding, after our football arrived in their garden. There is a seperate sitting room with comfortable seating and every TV station was available. Upstairs the bedrooms are spacious with hanging space or rails and the bathroon and shower almost appeared brand new. Within a five minute/ten minute walk to Abersoch centre or a choice of beaches, we counld not have chosen a better base for a wonderful weekend Well done Claire and Victoria a great deal of thought must have gone into making such a family friendly holiday destination. We hope to return.

Outstanding holiday home
Absolutely wonderful stay in this immaculate house. Location is only 5 mins walk from all the amenities in Abersoch. The house itself is top class with a wonderful kitchen dining sitting area downstairs and all the necessary utensils to cook on holiday. Contact with owners was also really good and quick to answer any queries. We would really recommend this holiday home to anyone wanting to spend time in Abersoch.

Abfab accommodation in gorgeous sea side setting
We loved everything about this fabulously refurbished property, contemporarily furnished and decorated, spotlessly clean and complete with every conceivable item for a wonderful, no hassle holiday. Great care and attention to detail have been given to making this property so comfortable from brand new white goods throughout to children’s games, cot and high chair; we wanted for nothing. A three generation family group, we left our three cars unused all week yet had easy access to the beaches (10 minutes away), shops and cafes (4 minutes), park with children’s play area and outdoor gym (2 minutes) and beach sports rental centres (12 minutes). The prompt and effortless communication with Claire and Victoria made this the perfect UK holiday. Highly recommended!
