"Easy check in and loads of parking. The room was absolutely amazing, we were outside so felt like being in a cabin overlooking the garden. Bathroom was huge and clean. Went to the bar in the evening and the service was great. Can't fault this hotel"

In terms of improvements, the mirror in the bathroom was too far away for shaving, etc - It would be nice to have a magnifying mirror. Also, we felt it was difficult to leave the property by car as the visibility was quite poor and cars pass by quite quickly."

While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow). "The staff were really friendly and lovely and the stay was so value for money with breakfast included. The bed was also quite comfy and the room was nice and warm. The decor is a little outdated but that doesn't affect the stay at all. The pub was decent and although we didnt try the food, the menu looked great."
"The bush Hotel is a beautiful place. The room was spacious. The staff is top-notch and very friendly. It’s got a nice bar and good restaurant. It’s right in the middle of town and close to many shops, pubs and restaurants. I will definitely be coming back to stay"
