This lovely detached house can be found on villapark Sprielderbosch, located on one of the edges of the nature area Hoge Veluwe. The small-scale park is surrounded by the woods of Garderen. From the park, you can make lovely tours through the beautiful environment or go for a walk with your dog. Experience the stunning nature of the area by bike or during a hike!

Le Bouleau is a split level house, suited for six people (and possibly seven on request). This comfortable house is stylishly decorated. The living room has a spacious dining area and a cosy seating corner with lovely chairs and couch. The woodburner brings a great ambiance and pleasant warmth during the colder days. From the living room, you can directly enter the garden through the sliding doors. The open kitchen is fully equipped. Three bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower are present. The bedroom on the upper floor has its own sink. A workspace has also been created here. The bedrooms on the ground floor feature beds that can be used as a single or double bed (when attached). A seperate toilet is present in the hallway.

Outdoors, you can enjoy yourself on the terrace while daydreaming and experiencing the rest, privacy and fresh air nature brings you. The spacious and fully enclosed garden makes the house also perfectly suited for children and a dog. They can freely play without any worries. At night, the garden is being lit in a lovely way.
A lockable cabin is present in the garden which is suited for storing bikes or golf bags for example. There is also a charging station for your electric car available at the property.
