There's no heating just the fireplace in the living area.
For water: home served by well water, not suitable for drinking. The villa is supplied with bottled drinking water for cooking and drinking. There is also the possibility of getting supplies from the numerous fountains in the town, a typically and widely spread practice in the areas.
