"We had a wonderful stay at the Kandy House. Its location outside the central area allowed us to have a tranquil and restful break from the hustle of the city. Yet, we were still within about a 10 minute drive of the Kandy Lake area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly roomy. "Tucked away from the road this was a great find. It was clean and Ishan and the other staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. They helped with making arrangements for the train and couldn’t do enough. Really recommend this place. "
