"Even though we only stayed a few nights we really enjoyed how secluded the rental was. We were able to enjoy Main St. Durango, and the quiet tranquility of the VRBO. Great location for any type of activities you're wanting to do while you're in Durango. It's super close to the downtown area, and also close to Lake Nighthorse where you can hike or have fun playing in the lake. The home had everything we needed, and plenty of space for the next time we hope to visit with our kiddo."

"We loved this duplex! It’s cozy, but great for a family of four, especially if you plan to get out. Bedrooms were great, and communicating with Victoria was easy. She went above and beyond. The best, though, was the neighborhood. It’s walking distance to downtown and a lovely part of Durango. Plus, our pup was super comfortable and enjoyed walks each morning and night. WiFi worked well but was a little shaky when I was on work zooms. We didn’t cook, but kitchen seemed well stocked."

"Wonderful stay in Durango! My husband and I, with our dog, had a great one week stay working remote. Communication and check in were smooth. The place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space in the front and back of the house. So nice to have a parking spot right outside the door. Walkable to town and right next to a park, brewery, and the river trail. We loved enjoying the trail and the town right near the place!"

"This home was ideal for our Colorado vacation. We appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the bedrooms. We cooked in the stocked kitchen often and easily. In addition, we loved being in a cozy, mountain neighborhood which had a quick drive to downtown Durango, the grocery store, and the river. It is also less than 30 minutes from Mesa Verde and Purgatory Ski Resort. Geoff, the host, was accommodating and easy to reach when I had questions prior to or during the trip. I would recommend...

"Wonderful house! Beautiful views and very comfortable. Dennis is very quick to respond to any questions and provides a lot of useful information about how things work in the home.
