"Just to step into our accommodation with the heat pump going was awesome! So lovely and warm with a cold day outside! Cleanliness couldn't be faulted. Proximity to St Clare and the beach, cafes and restaurant just a short walk away was really the icing on the cake! Although all the TV channels was a winner as well. Great communication with Simon the host! Would recommend this place to everyone!"

"We spent one night and wished we could have stayed more. So beautifully presented , spotlessly clean and homely. The beds were super comfortable and lovely linen. Plenty of heating within the home. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Great location too. There was only two of us but this could easily accommodate a family too. We will definitely rebook next time we’re in Dunedin."

"We were contacted by the property owners/managers to write a review and that is what we’ve done. Unfortunately after booking the property 2 weeks in advance we were contacted 1 hour prior to our arrival and told it was no longer available to us as we were bringing our very well behaved golden retriever. They told us the property was not pet friendly. On their website when we booked the property was listed as pet friendly and still is. Be weary pet owners!"

"The home is tired and poorly furnished. When we arrived, it was very smelly until we could open up all the windows to air it out. Although it has the bedrooms to host a group of 8 (we were only 6), there is not enough hot water to fill a bathtub which is offered let alone showers and dishes. The master bathroom shower was unusable because of an inoperable shower head. Amenities including shampoo, etc. were not offered. There was inadequate seating for us too all be together at the same...
