Noisy grinding stop after 1st day but the workers still working and there was no privacy as they were right next to the pool area. "All was clean and very pretty looking. Staff were polite, especially Miss Sinha who appeared on the last day and helped me get to my destination near Ubud. It was not her job but she helped me. "The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. Great spot if you want to relax and read a book. Was able to snorkle right off the front door but not a lot of fish to see. Spa treatment was reasonable and nice. "

"Infelizmente não pude ir a Bali pois meu voo para a ilha foi cancelado devido à erupção do vulcão. Entrei em contato com a Hoteis.com e eles prontamente responderam que eu deveria entrar em contato diretamente com o hotel. Assim, mandei um email para o hotel explicando a situação e solicitando um reembolso da reserva e não obtive nenhuma resposta. "Beautiful grounds. Villa very clean with comfortable beds. Large room with queen bed and single day bed. Netflicks and prime available. Separate kitchen and large veranda with lounge and chairs plus dining table villa is separate to hosts area. Very private. Hists were very friendly, like staying with friends.
