"We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group."

"I organized this trip for 8 friends (ranging from 45 to 78 years old) for my 50th, and it was more about the house than the location. We wanted a pool, comfy beds, and a big enough lanai for all of us to eat. This house was a great fit. It even faced west for beautiful sunsets! Having the grocery store across the street was incredibly convenient too. The house needs a little TLC, specifically that towel hangers kept falling off the walls, drawer pulls came out, and the pool had missing...

"Nataliya was a wonderful host! Communication was good and questions answered in a timely manner. The home was beautiful and very clean. I chose this home for the 6 bedrooms, heated pool and hot tub and it did not disappoint. A lot of time was spent on the lanai. The garage rec room was an added bonus. Our family had a great vacation here!"

"The property itself is beautiful and spacious. It was immaculately clean and the little touches did not go unnoticed. Communication with the host was instantaneous whenever we had a question. One of the nicer VRBO homes we have stayed in. It is centrally located and close to Publix, great restaurants, and shopping.
