"The property was neat and clean. We were disappointed that the pool heater was broken. There were warm enough days to swim but the pool was frigid. We liked the location."

"Brian was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. The property is as advertised and we would stay again. Although the pool and boat slip/dock areas are shared, each condo has it's own little patio space so we felt like we had our own little outdoor space as well."

"We stayed here for 3 nights and found it very comfortable. We were greeted with a huge box sitting outside the front door when we first arrived. When we took it inside there were more packages in the second bedroom. It’s a good job we weren’t using that room!!! There are some good features about the home like a comfortable bed, great shower, nice big tv , laundry etc however there are some negatives too. I went to plug my phone in to a socket in the kitchen it didn’t work, the ice machine doesnt...

"Clean, well stocked kitchen, nice towels, appliances. Loved the outdoor seating facing the bay, very relaxing and private. The beach access is for beach walking only, not spending time at the beach. Englewood beach has increased parking spaces, and not currently charging, so that was nice. Wish we could have stayed lionger!"

"The place was very clean! comfortable. Loved the little screened in patio-we sat out there almost the whole time when were there.... so close to the Country Club-we don't golf but if we did that would've been amazing! Pool area is very nice and the all the neighbors were super friendly! 10/10 -will definitely stay there again. :) "
