Three-story building:

- The first floor features a living room with dining area, a semi-integrated kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms; one of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom.

- The second floor features a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, a second dining room, and the fourth bedroom with the third en-suite bathroom.

- From the second-floor dining room, you can exit outside to access the third floor, which features a beautiful space with a stunning ocean view from “El Mirador.”

- Exiting through the kitchen, you’ll find the guest room with a single bed and the fourth bathroom, which also has a shower but only cold water.

The spacious layouts in every room are a highlight; this is a home you’ll truly enjoy.
