Hacienda de Mita #703 is located within the gates of the exclusive master planned community of Punta Mita resort. Just 29 miles north of Puerto Vallarta on Mexico's Pacific coastline, Punta Mita is home to the Four Seasons Resort and St. Regis Resort Punta Mita. This luxurious golf and beach community offers its guests unparalleled service and amenities, security, seclusion and serenity, and is fast becoming a top worldwide resort destination.

Hacienda de Mita, seamlessly blends all the luxuries and amenities of a 5 star resort but with the conveniences of home. Guests staying within Punta Mita resort have access to all of the amenities the resort has to offer through our Premier Golf membership including two Four Seasonā€™s managed Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses ('Bahia' and 'Pacifico', featuring the famous 'Tale of the Whale' hole), tennis courts, fitness center, the Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Sufi Beach Club, El Surf Club, St Regis Beach Club, plus an in-resort shuttle service.

Hacienda de Mita #703 is on the second floor and faces the ocean with a side view of the lush 7th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacifico course. Boasting spectacular views of the ocean and the Marietas islands, the unit offers nearly 3600 square feet of resort living. The unit has 4 bedrooms (including a bunk room) and 4 1/2 bathrooms professionally decorated with contemporary tropical/Mexican decor. The kitchen opens to the dining and living area and the huge 500 sf patio. The patio doors slide completely back leaving a 20 foot open doorway onto the patio, to enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor living. The unit offers all of the comforts of a luxury villa, including marble floors, designer fixtures, niche and recess lighting throughout, a Viking six-burner range, a Subzero refrigerator, satellite TV, free long-distance calling, High Speed Wi-Fi, and a water-purification system so the water is safe to drink right from the tap. Also included are concierge and housekeeping services. Our wonderful full-time housekeeper will be there Monday-Saturday to clean and cook, who can prepare a wide range of dishes at your request. Our concierge services will take care of your every need including dinner reservations, tee times, spa treatments, airport transfers, car rentals, excursions, pre-arrival grocery stocking, private chefs and arranging babysitting services, and will also provide a menu should you wish to have meals prepared for you.

Hacienda de Mita also has, for the exclusive use of it's guests, it's own private beach club. It has an infinity edge pool, massage area, plenty of relaxing sofas and chairs, televisions, and a kitchen area for you to store anything for the day. Of course, the entire development is guard gated 24 hours/day.

The location of Hacienda de Mita is perfect. We are less than a two minute walk to El Ancote beach and the town of Punta de Mita where 'restaurant row', an assortment of beachfront restaurants serving wonderful cuisine in a laid-back, 'tables in the sand' atmosphere awaits. There are also a number of restaurants and shops within Punta Mita resort, at the St. Regis and the Four Seasons. Everything is within easy walking and golf-carting distance.

Our return trip to Casa Agave was perfect, as expected. Beautiful unit and exactly as advertised. Hacienda de Mita and Casa Agave in particular, never disappoints. The concierge support before and during the trip was fantastic and the daily onsite staff was wonderful. We will be back again.

Everything was lovely at this Hacienda de Mita unit. This was our family's third time visiting Punta Mita, but first time at this unit. The condo was just as described and we loved it! The view was BEAUTIFUL, rooms (and bathrooms) were spacious, and we had easy access to all beach clubs. Communication with Michele and the concierge staff was a breeze. From coordinating our arrival, to answering any questions we had during our stay, to our departure, the concierge couldn't have been more helpful. Xochitl (forgive me if I misspelled her name) prepared us the most delicious meals and was so accommodating. Highly recommend this property. Muchas Gracias!!

Michelleā€™s condo was immaculate. Suzy the chef was so sweet and made us the most delicious meals. I wanted to take her home with me! We normally stay ground floor in buildings one and two and was kinda worried it wouldnā€™t be great one row of buildings back and on the 2nd floor. Not a big deal at all! This condo has a beautiful ocean view and less than the others so Iā€™d definitely stay here again! Such a great relaxing place

We have stayed at various condos at Hacienda de Mita over the years, and always enjoy ourselves. The complex is well situated and nicely appointed. This condo did not disappoint - it was beautiful and in a prime location. The fact that we had access to all beach clubs and a golf cart was great. Our housekeeper/cook was also very sweet. The safes do not work in the unit but I'm sure they will be fixed now that the property management company is aware. The only real issue we had was one of less than stellar communication with the property management company (be sure to follow up with them about groceries, meals, reservations etc. to be sure they have the correct info and if you order groceries check the receipts because we were almost charged for groceries for the rental from other renters the week prior), but hopefully those kinks get worked out because the unit itself was great!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! We are college friends for almost 30 years and look forward every year to our annual get together. We have stayed in other Punta Mita properties but Micheleā€™s is exquisite. Everything is clean and fresh and the view is to die for. We are already planning our return. We had a wonderful stay in #703 Hacienda de Mita in Punta de Mita, From the moment we arrived, everything ran smoothly and made for a relaxing stay for our group of 7 adults. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Cynthia and given a tour of the area and recommendations for meals and things to do during the day. During our stay, we enjoyed exploring the different beach clubs and loved the easy accessibility to the town to grab coffee or dinner. We also had Betty prepare breakfast a few mornings which was delicious! The golf cart was a great amenity. The resort is a large property and the cart made getting to different beaches, the fitness center, pickleball courts and around town a lot easier. The condo itself was spacious and fit our group perfectly. We definitely hope we can come back again soon! The only improvements would be a stronger and more consistent WiFi (although that may be attributed more to being in Mexico) and better air circulation in the bunk room. It got quite warm in that space at night. That said, you won't be disappointed at this destination! Thanks for a great getaway.

Absolutely amazing condo on a beautiful property. The unit is stunning, with a gorgeous view and huge balcony. Everything you need to enjoy and relax, including premier access to other clubs so you can enjoy even more! The golf cart is new and really nice! It made exploring really easy! The owner is amazing as well! Attentive and you can tell takes pride in the unit. Will be back for sure!

HDM 703 is really nice and spacious! We had plenty of room for all 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids). The concierge and housekeeper were great and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the balcony is at was spacious with plenty of seating and a great view of the ocean. The walk-thru access gate to town was really convenient when we wanted to walk to dinner. There is NOTHING not to like about this condo!

We returned yesterday after 8 days at Hacienda de Mita #703. It was our 3rd stay in this villa-and we continue to love it!! We had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. The villa is beautifully decorated and kept super clean. The housekeeper Betty is terrific. She is a wonderful cook and prepares the best breakfasts and lunches(esp. her fish tacos, enchiladas and guacamole!). Several times, we saved our lunches for dinner-eating in and watching a movie on the large screen TV in the living room. It couldn't have been more "chill" after a long year. The property also gives you access to the golf courses and all the beach clubs-Kupuri is my most favorite. After just one day back home, we can't wait to return!
