Welcome to Casa Marr. Enjoy the ocean views and breezes of this charming beach house. Completely remodeled to highlight a nostalgic old Mexico style while also having all the modern conveniences for comfort. The perfect place to get away, rewind and enjoy your vacation :)
The space
Casa Marr is comprised of 2 separate listings, this is for the upstairs 1 bedroom unit. The whole property has been totally remodeled. We used local materials to decorate the property, you will find Mexican art and foraged treasures from the beach below. As soon as you enter the property feel the ocean air and hear the crashing waves below. Say goodbye to the outside world and soak in the calmness around you.

The court yard is a shared area thats protected from the ocean winds. There is a nice Ficus tree in the middle of the courtyard and a charcoal bbq station that you are more than welcome to use. Around the other side of the house, the ocean side there is a grassy and sand area to lay out in the sun directly in front of the ocean.

FYI.... Because the house is on top of a cliff there is no beach access from the house. Just a short 2 minute walk down the street you get to the access with the sand beach. We provide beach towels, folding chairs, umbrella and a cart to get all that stuff down to the beach (you have to supply the cold cervezas).

Back to the living area; take the staircase up and enter into a big open space with a great view that has a couch, dining table, and sliding door out on the balcony. The room also has a NEW firm but soft King sized bed with quality linens and a Oaxacan bedspread. The polished cement bathroom has a rain shower and small closet. The kitchen has a good size fridge, 4 burner gas stove, blender, coffee machine and all you need to cook meals, make coffee and killer margaritas. The kitchen is screened on one side and has a small herb garden for your basil, rosemary and mint needs

Guest access
Guests for the upstairs unit have access to; foot/shower rinse by the entrance, the shared BBQ area, beach side grass/sand area and beach terrace. The pool is for the guests in the downstairs unit. If you are staying upstairs and nobody is occupying the downstairs you are welcome to use the small pool but please ask Adam or Emily when you check-in if this is a possibility (what dates the downstairs is unoccupied).

You have access to the whole upstairs of the house.

We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a cooler
