"We had a group of 12 and were provided 5 of the 6 rooms. I was surprised because that meant some people that were not related shared a room, but with that said it did work out because no one spent a lot of time in their room. Also, one of the back top rooms had a leak coming from the toilet that went into the downstairs room making the toilet in that room not useable. We were offered the other room. Since we were there only 3 days my son chose to stay in that room and used the main house...

"This house was everything we needed. We enjoyed the close walk to the private cove, the pool, proximity to West Bay/West End, Mirna’s cooking and Edier’s hospitality and driving. They helped us with everything we needed, at any time. The snorkeling off the private cove was great! We felt safe. It was clean. Plenty of room! We were 2 families with 5 kids! Edier is worth every penny. We would love to come back!"

"Highly recommend Casa de Suenos! We are an extended family of 11 ranging from 15-77 y.o. Check in was so easy and the Lawson Rock staff were amazing to go to for anything related to tourism. I have to give Enrique at The Deli (located at Lawson Rock) a huge shout out. You absolutely must stop in and meet him and have one of his amazing breakfast sandwiches and a coffee or juice. "The place was in walking distance of everything we planeed to do. Property manager arranged travel and met us at the place. Check in was nice and easy, swapped whatsapp with property manger for communication and they never bothered us..Only note hot water starts low in the shower turning on scale...took me 2 days to figure out."

"Beautiful inside and out. Sunsets were unbelievable, especially from the top deck. You are steps from the water. Kitchen was very nice, bed was comfortable and the views amazing. Owner Conrad was great and property manager Dwyne was wonderful. What an incredible place on an incredible island. Thank you for the memories!"

"Beautiful property! Exceptionally clean. We loved sitting out on the covered pier watching the sunsets and sunrises. We were surrounded by wonderful wildlife… the dolphins, large rays, wild horses and many friendly dogs. Miriam, the house manager, is lovely and picked up hot food for us after a long day of delayed flights. We will be back! "

"Everything we needed. Easy to find, communicative property manager, well stocked (towels, kitchen, games, water gear.) Dock was perfect, neighborhood is quiet, house is secure. There are business cards of boat captains on the counter - we struck a deal with Capt Joel, he picked us up from the dock and we had a great day snorkeling! We also used the day passes to Mayan Princess which was a nice place to hang out for the day with kids/teens."
