"I recently visited the Executive Lounge at the Hilton Hotel in Pampanga and was disappointed with several aspects of the experience. First, the level of hospitality and attentiveness from the staff did not meet the standards one would expect from a premium executive lounge. "Olle hotel is very calm and safe and comfortable. All steps are kind and friendly. "

"Although staff was friendly and tried to fix things the facility was dirty, outdated, and it smelled old. Around the area was abandoned buildings. The only store available nearby was a 7-11. Expedia’s picture do not depict the hotel we went to. It should not be running until the facilities are up to par. "

"There was enough parking space for a few cars. The AC worked well, but you do need to wait a bit for the room to cool down since the room key has to be inserted for it to run. The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Overall it was fine for a lay over stay. "

"Swimming pool area is clean. Resort have a 10pm quiet time rule but guests are still on videoke until after midnight and are pretty loud. The restaurant opened late for breakfast. "
