THE SPACE
This beautiful studio flat is located in Koregaon Park, within easy walking distance of Osho International meditation resort. As an artist, I have used decorative paint effects and sculpted the space around the unique shape of the room to create a warm and welcoming environment. There are also some of my original artworks decorating the walls. A window running along the entire length of the room overlooks the Mulla river and two huge trees, much frequented by birds and squirrels, making you feel that nature is your immediate neighbor.

The space comprises a large queen sized bed, sizable wardrobe with drawer, a coffee table , desk and executive chair.

The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, double gas stove, pots, utensils, crockery and cutlery, food storage containers and cupboards. The bathroom features a solar-heated shower, givng a continuous supply of hot water.

Koregaon Park is the most beautiful location in Pune, with lots of trees and greenery, and pleasant residential streets and park for early monring or evening walks. There are plenty of restaurants and bars offering a wide variety of international cuisine. Shops just a few yards from the house sell toiletries, basic foods and other household products. Koregaon Park is about 20 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from the train and bus stations.

Pune is one of the most developed cities in India, situated about three and a half hours from Mumbai, It is a centre for many international businesses with a major university and many other educational institutions.
Guest access
The guest's have the entire unit to themselves, with their own private entrance, Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
