"I could write a litany of wonderful things about this property and hosts, so I'm going to try to keep it short. First of all, the pictures absolutely do not do it justice. This place has what you want in a lake or beach rental, where you walk in the door and look straight through the house through an entire wall of glass and see a panoramic breathtaking view of the water. We've stayed in a lot of short-term rentals and by far, hands down, this is the absolute most spotless and perfectly clean...

"What a quaint spot! Beautiful, quiet and serene it was just what our crew needed. Our only difficulty was how dark it was upon arrival late Friday evening as we weren’t certain we were in the right location. The home is beautiful and fully stocked with anything you may need. Our contact was easy to reach and responsive. Our crew enjoyed all the games, the fuse ball table and dart board. We definitely recommend the location!"

"The property was in excellent shape and well stocked with essentials and then some. Ages 6 to 83 enjoyed our multi-general vacation. The slide and jumping deck and kayaks and paddle boards provided hours of fun at the water's edge. Enjoyed the hot tub and spacious deck area. One of our best vacations ever."

"Very cute house in a great area of Dripping Springs. The only thing I’d suggest is a few more towels for the guests, and supplies such as dish soap and paper towels, as well as dish towels for washing dishes. Other than those minor things, it was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

It would have been great to have been able to drop food early (even if not allowed to fully check in) as it seemed no one had stayed the day prior. Ample space, kitchen stocked. "Great time, great place! Heed the notice about the ramp, for sure not a make or break deal, but it is a good jaunt. We had a great time with lifelong family friends. Played games, cooked out, fished, laughed and loved! Ate at Moonies which is a pretty 10-15 min drive that is a great restaurant/marina/bar. Lots of cool regulars and live band. Both us and our friends want to bring the he kiddos back!!"

"The cabin was perfect for my daughter and I. Lots of sleeping areas that were comfortable. We got in the hot tub a few times and it was very relaxing. Everything was clean and the space was cutely decorated. Anytime I needed to contact the host with a question or anything, they were quick to respond, and didn’t seem bothered by all my messages. I would definitely stay here again."
