"Everything is described as it is. I love this place. We came here for my 45th birthday. Walked up to the door, opened it and immediately impressed. Smells clean, new. I love the whole vibe of this place. Beds are super soft and comfy. The hot tub. .. Lets talk about the hot tub! Im mad at myself for only utilizing this once...yes ONCE!"

"My husband and I just wanted a quiet get away to do absolutely nothing. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of our jobs and home. I wanted to read a book, and he loves to fish. He walked to the pond; I sat on the deck (when it wasn't raining.) We were able to use the grill a couple of times in between showers. There was wildlife, deer, turtles, and birds to entertain. "Had a great, but too brief of a stay, at Linda and Jon's cabin. Very comfortable. Just wish the vegetable garden was ready for harvest. While the cabin appears isolated at first glance, it is actually very convenient to Kroger, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again, if passing through Carbondale. "
