One simple movement was all that was required! The service was marvellous. Friendly efficient staff, always ready to help where necessary. "The worst and very disappointing thing was to arrive and don’t receive the support remotely to unlock the principal door as was instructed; fortunately an employee from the building aside helped us. There were no basic kitchen items such as a dish drainer, paper towels… Just as a suggestion, it would be good to have a non-stick frying pan; We couldn't find instructions on where to empty the trash can; The positive point was that because it was a new building, the facilities and furniture were...

"Nice apartment in a great area. Handy for the beach, dining and all Brighton has to offer."

"An amazing little cottage in beautiful surroundings. We loved being able to wander the stunning grounds, and the provided milk, cereal and eggs was a lovely touch. The cottage is perfect, clean and comfortable, and dog friendly too!"

"Very pleasent, communication via text was sometimes slow, but we are all human, be patient. The apartment is very nice, clean modern and comfortable. If/when we come back to Brighton, I would certainly look to come back to this place. Thanks. "

"Place was brilliant fun. Caravan was clean and spacious. Timmy at the entertainment was definitely what tipped it over. Kids loved him. We will be back. "

"Great place to stay for those who want to be close to the airport and are looking for convenience when boarding early morning flights. We went the day before, as our flight was at 7 am, and it was great because we slept well and woke up close to boarding time."

"O hotel é ligado ao Terminal Sul do aeroporto de Gatwick por um corredor coberto. 5, 6 minutos caminhando. Otimo. O hotel é bonito, limpo, tem 3 restaurantes e um bar. Os restaurantes so abrem as 17h. O bar fica aberto e serve refeições tambem. Alias, nele comi um dos melhores chicken wings da minha vida. O quarto é confortavel. O cafe da manha excelente. No meio da noite o alarme de incendio soou. Ligamos varias vezes pra recepcao pra saber o que estava acontecendo e ninguem nunca atendeu o fone. Meu marido precisou ir la para ser informado tinha sido alarme falso. Mas no restante, o hotel é otimo!"

"O hotel é muito decadente, tudo velho, ficamos muito decepcionados, pois, pelo valor cobrado, deveria ser melhor. O hotel ao lado, Leonardo Royal Hotel, cobra o mesmo preço e é bem superior. O hotéis.com não nos apresentou este hotel. Nos fizeram esperar até 15h para ir para o quarto. A piscina térmica estava gelada. Não pudemos usar o spa, o qual foi motivo de escolha do hotel. Esperamos um retorno deste inconveniente bem no dia do meu aniversário, que era para ser de comemoração."
