I say that because I checked out of my accommodation early due to their two pools being green the whole time I was there and unusable and they kept telling me it was because of the rain. 🙄 the pool here is really big. "minimal facilities..pls be aware that this hotel only reachable by boat..make a mistake when booking this hotel..however i enjoy this hotel due to it is close to nature.. Found a rat inside the shower room..and electricity went off around 5 am.. It will be very jot but shomehow bearable"

"Really enjoyed my stay at Bayou. Staff were amazing. Room was clean with all the facilities (including kettle & iron board for those insane people who like to iron on holidays). Breakfast was great, both western & malay, different options everyday, including omelette station. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and duty free. Only slight downside was pool is wading only... but that is the only minimal. Would definitely stay here again."
