The entrance leads to a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge with a sofa bed and television. From this room, there is access to a terrace , suitable for enjoying breakfast or a quick meal outdoors.
The master bedroom features a second, spacious balcony, arranged as a relaxation area, a four-door wardrobe, and air conditioning.
The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed) and a comfortable two-door wardrobe.
The bathroom is fully equipped.
The apartment has air conditioning in the master bedroom and living area, and Wi-Fi.
A private parking space reserved for the apartment is available in the building’s basement. Two bicycles are also provided, useful for reaching the beach of Nora and the center of Pula easily, without relying on a car.
The apartment is a functional solution for families or groups, ensuring a comfortable stay in a convenient location between sea and town.
A few days before arrival, guests will be required to complete the fast check-in procedure, including the entry of personal details for all occupants, document scans, payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Pula, and the signing of the rental agreement.
