Holiday Home Elena 1, is located in the picturesque town of Pula, in the beautiful south of Sardinia, and is an excellent accommodation for a group of friends who want to share the holiday a stone’s throw from the old town and 2 km from the sea. The apartment is on the first floor of a semi-detached house, not suitable for the disabled as there are stairs.The house consists of a large living room with sofa and fireplace , a well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with two single beds and two other bedrooms with double bed ; for a total of 8 beds, equipped with a bathroom with shower and one with bathtub , at guests' disposal a washing machine . Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but if guests have access to a terrace equipped for relaxing and also smoking outdoors Additional services include air conditioning and cable television and a parking space.

The house is located a few steps from the center of Pula in Via Santa Croce, this allows you to explore the pretty city center or to reach the beach just 3 km away using either the bus, car or bike. The supermarket, various restaurants, bars and cafes, shops, pubs, are within walking distance of a few minutes.Sicuramnete andra' made a stop at the attraction of Pula ie the ancient Roman city of Nora, today archaeological site and popular tourist attraction, which is located 3 km (a few minutes by car ).Among the nearby attractions worth a visit the same beach of Nora, the center of Pula , the beautiful beaches of Chia distant about 18 km,the beaches of Teulada and for the more adventurous in about an hour by car Sant'Antioco or the beautiful island of Carloforte and the city of Cagliari 38 km.
