"Excellent cozy holiday house. Very clean with all things present that were needed for an accomodation house. Comfortable beds with loads of warm duvets and spare blankets for the cold location mid winter. Extremely effective fireplace with exceptional firewood making warming the house very easy. "The location is perfect, on beautiful grounds, nice view of the mountains, close to Turangi (where you can find restaurants) and about 30 minutes from the Tongariro National Park. I was a little disappointed with the inside of the chalets, specially considering their prices. Decoration is rustic, but not charming. When I saw them on the website (hotels.com) I had the impression I was booking another room, which looked better. Also, in the reservation it said "hot tub" but it turns out that...
