"This is a lovely property tucked a little bit off the highway and along a creek. The beds were very comfortable! The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, our room looked out onto some beautiful trees and a long the creek . The building smell musty, perhaps that was related to some construction that was going on or repairs? There was an issue with the bathroom sink draining. I had to run the water for quite some time to get it warm. At that point the sink was half full water because it...

I had a situation that wasn’t professionally handled by the staff in the property but when I called the Hilton 800 number the issue was addressed and taken care of. Hopefully the staff will be better trained to handle customer complaint in an efficient and professional way. Will stay in the hotel again. Thanks."

"When this room was booked it was the Astoria Crest Hotel, when I arrived it was The Herondale Hotel. They did not have my reservation from Expedia and the person at the "desk" was a little befuddled. The property is still under construction. Having said that, the room #123, was beautiful and well appointed."
