Villa Blanca - Beautiful Open Air Penthouse in Playa Los Muertos w/ Maid service

Villa Blanca is a charming open-air penthouse apartment in Zona Romantica, think Swiss Family Robinson but with bedroom A/C and better restaurants. This retro Mediterranean-style 3-bedroom 3.5-bath apartment sleeps up 6 people (or 7 including a child) comfortably and offers views of Banderas Bay, It’s one block to the beach, beautiful Playa Los Muertos, and just a few minutes walk to Puerto Vallarta’s best restaurants and bars. Enjoy both proximity to the town and the beach. Condo includes daily maid service.

There are three air conditioned master bedroom suites, all with king-sized beds and private, en suite bathrooms. Two have private balconies and the third has a day bed. The open air living room, kitchen, and dining room offer a huge space for entertaining and enjoying the view. A rooftop terrace just above the unit provides wider views and sunbathing as well. A dipping pool and outdoor shower on the first floor are communal for the building and great way to wash off after the beach. Designed by Mexican architect Diego Mendez de las Penas, know as the “Baby Grand” or “Wedding Cake”, this one-of-a-kind building will inspire you.

Note that the 1st floor (where the pool is) is up several steps from the street and the Penthouse is up a few more flights from there so the layout may not be ideal for the elderly or disabled. The property is currently for sale but of course we'll honor every rental. There's a small chance our realtor may want to show the condo briefly at some point but only with your permission and at least a days' notice.

Zona Romantica is the older, most charming area of Puerto Vallarta with cobblestone streets and orange roofs. The beach just below the condo is beautiful Playa Los Muertos. Also, like everywhere in ZR construction is rampant, including near the beach and down our block. Generally any noise is rather distant. They also don't work in the evenings and very little on the weekends.
