No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

1. Any person who is not listed in the occupation application has denied access to this building. And likewise, tenants have no friends and visitors allowed to make use of common areas of this building.
If you want to have a visit, you need to notify me first in order to register them at security. If you dont notify me, then visits wont be able to enter the property and you will get penalized.
2. Guests should not use the unit to alter the peace and quiet of this building or other owners, excessive noise is not tolerated of 10:00pm to 9:00am.

Check in is at 3pm. If you arrived later than 3pm, you need to set a check in time with us in order to give you access to the property. After setting a time, we will wait max 1 hour, if there is no previous notice of a delay, 20usd will be charged.

Check in after 9pm have an extra cost of $25usd
