Cleaning service is available upon request during your stay.
A $300 deposit will be charged (in cash) at check-in to cover any damages or non-compliance with the regulations. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
Guests will have to sign a notice of privacy and waiver for the home before checking in.
Spring breakers are not allowed, and the right of admission is reserved.
