Getting Around:
Our property is located at Harbor Residences, a serene condo complex in Zona Hotelera, just steps from Puerto Vallarta’s stunning beaches. Relax with the modern amenities within the complex, or take a short stroll to the shore for a day of sun and sea. When you’re ready to explore further, getting around is easy with options like Uber, local taxis, executive car services, and public transportation—all readily available to connect you with Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant attractions.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property is situated in a private community club with specific guest requirements designed to ensure the safety of all residents. These requirements include a complete list of names and official IDs of all guests. The information is essential to grant access. While we, as HOLT, the managing company for this unit, are responsible for collecting and submitting the required guest information——we have no control over these requirements or the community administration's handling of guest access. Any delays in guest registration are the responsibility of the community administration, and their failure to adhere to their procedures can impact both HOLT and our guests.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
Pool rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pool properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The pool rules are shown in the last photo of the listing.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee for the pet. Please note that building allows a maximum of one (1) pet per apartment, and the pet must not exceed 20 kg (44 lbs). Pets that do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to stay in the building. Guests must disclose any pets prior to arrival. Guests who fail to disclose a pet will be subject to a $500 USD penalty fee.
Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, SMS, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
