Welcome to our brand new 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, one of the largest Rooftops in the world, located in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. It combines modern luxury with local charm.

The Space:
Step inside our elegantly appointed apartment, where luxury meets convenience in the heart of the city. Our space features 2 king-size beds.

In the master suite, enjoy the luxury of a king-size bed and a private bathroom, complemented by L'Occitane bath products for a touch of spa-like luxury. A culinary paradise, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and essentials for your culinary needs.
In the flex area, a king-size bed has an excellent view and can be made private with our sliding doors and black-out curtains.

Every detail of this apartment, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful layout, is designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy, ensuring an unforgettable stay in our oasis.

Guest Access:
This apartment has a great location in the Romantic Zone and near Beach Los Muertos. With a breathtaking ocean view, you'll have sunset views every day. Located in the heights, you'll have the best of both worlds, mountains, and sea.
In La Zona Romantica, you'll be surrounded by awesome restaurants like La Palapa, Margarita's Grill, Joe Jacks Fish Shack, Pancho's Takos, Daiquiri Dick's, Cafe de Olla, Freddy's Tucan, The Pancake House, great bars and nightclubs.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Puerto Vallarta, SOHO PV places you within steps of everything this charming coastal city has to offer. The neighborhood is alive with color, culture, and energy, offering an eclectic mix of world-class dining, local artisan markets, and exciting nightlife venues. Take a leisurely stroll down the famous Malecón boardwalk to enjoy breathtaking ocean views, street performances, and art installations, or explore the cobblestone streets of the Romantic Zone to discover hidden culinary gems and boutique shops.

For beach enthusiasts, Los Muertos Beach is just a short walk away, providing the perfect spot to relax on the soft sands or enjoy water activities such as paddleboarding and jet skiing. If you're feeling adventurous, the surrounding area is also a gateway to lush jungle hikes and boat tours to secluded beaches like Yelapa and Las Caletas.

Getting Around:
SOHO PV is ideally situated for those who love to explore on foot, but taxis and rideshares are readily available for longer trips or when you're carrying beach gear. Puerto Vallarta's bus system is both affordable and efficient, connecting you to all major areas, including Marina Vallarta and the airport. For those with a car, on-site parking is available for your convenience. Whether you prefer to explore the city’s lively streets or venture into the tranquil nearby villages, SOHO PV is the perfect starting point for your Puerto Vallarta adventure.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.
CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.
CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).
PETS: Small and medium-sized pets are welcome. $120 USD pet fee per stay.
VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.
ENERGY USAGE:
Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.
The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.
Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.
HOUSE RULES:
– No parties allowed
– Keep music volume low
– Smoking is strictly forbidden inside
– Respect the space and the neighbors
– We offer extra services: airport transfers, grocery stocking, restaurant and tour bookings (extra fees may apply)

Smoking indoors → $200 USD (professional deodorization)
Unauthorized overnight guests → $200 USD/night per person
Excessive noise or unauthorized party → $150 USD + possible eviction
Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms) → $300 USD (specialized disinfection)
Parties, drugs, or prostitution → $500 USD fine + immediate report to Airbnb

One of the newest buildings in PV certainly has things to offer, including a breathtaking rooftop pool, but there are many shortcomings that make this a condo that I would not suggest renting for a vacation. First off, it's a show suite that is still for sale, so you will not get all the amenities of an owned suite. Very limited kitchen supplies and dishes, tea towels, etc. and NO dishwasher. Certainly no personality and only moderately comfortable furniture. The patio is large enough but here is the BIGGEST problem with this suite - the NOISE from the busy street/highway below is insufferable, and it goes on from 6AM until 12PM most days. The patio doors are just glass, with no seal, so even closing them won't make an impact. We were not able to sit outside at all. And then there is the bedroom, of which there is ONLY 1, this is NOT a 2 bedroom suite. There are glass doors in the bedroom that open to a common hallway, so all day and night you'll hear people passing by and talking, waiting for the elevator to go to the pool, or people and staff going to and from either the 4th floor lobby or parking garage. To note, there is also an owner who lives directly next door who likes to play incredibly loud techno music with a LOT OF BASS. It's a concrete building, but guaranteed that this thumping will keep you up. We had 4 nights of it between 3AM and 7AM. On the plus side, the staff is lovely and very efficient.
