The Space:
Nestled on the 24th floor of the esteemed Peninsula Condominium, this condo promises an experience like no other. As you step in, the breathtaking views from the terraces will captivate you with a mesmerizing sunset over the sea. The condo features two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom, with its king-size bed, offers a mountain view and a private bathroom equipped with a whirlpool spa tub. The second bedroom features two comfortable double beds and its own private bathroom.

The expansive living room, dining area, and kitchen have been thoughtfully designed to foster moments of togetherness. Whether you're preparing a meal using the fully-equipped kitchen or unwinding in the living area, the condo ensures you have everything at your fingertips—from kitchen essentials like a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster to conveniences like a washer, dryer, iron, and hairdryer.

Elevate your stay by taking advantage of the condo's amenities. The spectacular lobby is a haven for relaxation, letting you soak in the sea breeze. Dive into the magnificent pools or unwind in the spa tub—it's all about living the good life here. And with direct elevator access, your journey from the covered parking to this paradise is seamless.

Guest Access:
In order to access the beach, you will need to obtain an access card from the reception desk. A deposit is required for the card, which will be refunded to you upon its return.
You can enjoy exclusive access to the condo, decorated and fully equipped, thinking of our guests like you. In common areas, you can enjoy a spectacular lobby to relax, feeling the sea breeze and the incredible pools and whirlpool.

Check in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
The condo's location is fantastic, right in front of the beach and close to many great spots. Within walking distance, you'll find:

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 5 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There is parking onsite if you are arriving by car, but if not, the simplest way to move around is to call an Uber. The condo has a beautiful but long entrance, so transportation of this type would be a simpler option, although you can walk to the entrance to take a bus to downtown, which is also a convenient way to get there.

Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Infants are counted as guests and we can't exceed the maximum capacity.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.

The location of the condo was excellent and amenities on site were nice. The condo itself we found to be lacking. All the finishes are pretty cheap and partially broken. Like one of the toilets kept breaking on and off as it comes to flushing, stove had knobs coming off, showerhead was all calcified and an overall look of the condo did not feel the same way the pictures present. The views were stunning, yet the floor to ceiling was undies could have been cleaned. The fact when you can only have one key and one beach car made it a bit inconvenient when you travel with 5 people. But because of its location and the quality of the complex amenities I am giving it 4 stars. If I had to rate the condo itself, I would give it a two stars review.

Pontos positivos: Limpeza
We stayed in the Sand Pacific in December 2025. The positives:Its a nice building, quite secure and has a pool and access to beach.The view of the ocean from our room was very beautiful.The bed and pillows were comfy.2 bedroom suite and laundry /laundry soap provided.You're also close to the Malecon (about a 10ish minute drive?) which is the old downtown shopping area and is interesting to check out.There is a cafe close by (2 minute walk) called Top Cafe. Great juices and food and reasonable prices.The drawbacks: - Wifi was a struggle to get working- A hose under the sink broke within the first 12 hours and made the kitchen sink unusable- We agreed to meet at a certain time to get into the condo and the staff member, while very kind, was about 30 minutes late. The security wouldn't let us in to the grounds until we had been checked in and so we had to wait outside with out bags until he came.The rental was ok, but ultimately, I'm unlikely to choose to stay there again.

Peninsula Vallarta is a beautiful complex with gorgeous pools, a hot-tub and a beautiful beach. Our unit has great views from the 24 floor. The unit itself was spacious but the shower needed a much better cleaning. There was no oven, the ad says there is an oven; there were few tea towels and cleaning supplies; the dishwasher instructions were in Spanish and I think after several tries we may have jammed it; there was little water flow in the kitchen sink and lastly the wifi for our lap tops didn’t work.
