The unique aspect is the two flexible bedrooms. Each bedroom can be transformed from an open, airy space to a private, secluded haven with the simple slide of a door. This versatility is ideal for accommodating different living preferences, whether you desire an open-plan feel or separate sleeping areas.
The master bedroom is a cozy retreat, furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and premium linens, ensuring a restful sleep. The second bedroom, equally well-appointed, offers twin beds for additional sleeping space, suitable for family or friends.
The condo includes two elegantly designed bathrooms, each providing the utmost privacy and convenience for guests. They are outfitted with superior fixtures and luxurious amenities, adding a touch of indulgence to your daily routine with the added French elegance of L'Occitane products.
Unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and the city. Sunken lounge area with fire pits and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It’s perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym.
The building has 24-hour security staff.
Guest Access:
As a part of the PIER 57 building, on the 5th floor have easy access to shared facilities, including a gym, a rooftop pool, and communal lounge areas. The condo's location offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility to the building's amenities.
Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment.
- Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages.
- Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed.
- Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture.
- Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.
The Neighborhood:
You can find many shops, pharmacies, jewelry stores, cafes, all kinds of restaurants (Mexican, Italian, seafood, Asian, Greek) or some romantic places by the sea, and fun (bars, karaoke, disco) within a 3-10 minute walk.
There's a place to have a wonderful and quiet breakfast just around the corner, Cafe San Angel. Tacos, hamburgers, pizza, salads, seafood!
Getting Around:
Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.
If you require Airport transportation we have a suburban available on request. Just let us know if you need the service.
If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security.
Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.
CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.
CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).
PETS: Small and medium-sized pets are welcome. $120 USD pet fee per stay.
VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.
ENERGY USAGE:
Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.
The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.
Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

Smoking indoors → $200 USD (professional deodorization)
Unauthorized overnight guests → $200 USD/night per person
Excessive noise or unauthorized party → $150 USD + possible eviction
Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms) → $300 USD (specialized disinfection)
Parties, drugs, or prostitution → $500 USD fine + immediate report to Airbnb
