Guests have full exclusive access to the entire apartment — both floors, all bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, private terrace, heated pool, both jacuzzis, Weber BBQ, washer and dryer, and dedicated parking on premises.

Building amenities such as the garden, gym, and community pool are also available to guests.

Our on-site security guard will greet you on arrival with your keys and be there for check-out — feel free to go to him for anything during your stay.

A cleaning service is always included at the end of your stay — no need to scrub before you go! We just ask that you leave things roughly as you found them. (Extra cleaning for big messes: $1,000 MXN)

🛁 TOWELS & TOILETRIES
You`ll find one fresh towel per guest, plus shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers ready to go. Please leave them in the apartment at checkout. (Missing towel: $1,000 MXN each · Missing dispenser: $500 MXN each)

🌿 BALCONY & OUTDOOR SPACES
To keep the building looking its best, please avoid hanging laundry on the railings.

🔑 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Our security guard will welcome you with keys on arrival and collect them at departure. Feel free to reach out to him anytime during your stay!

💧 DRINKING WATER
Tap water is not potable. You`ll find a water jug ready to use — if it runs out, just request a free replacement at reception.

🧺 WHAT`S AVAILABLE
The apartment includes a washer, dryer, and basic bathroom and kitchen supplies. If anything runs out during your stay, nearby stores have you covered.

🏠 PROPERTY VIEWINGS
The apartment is currently listed for sale. We will always give you at least 24 hours` notice before any visit, an agent will be present, and there`s nothing you need to prepare — your belongings are completely safe.

🐾 PETS WELCOME
We love pets! We accept one pet up to 10 kg, or two pets with a combined weight up to 15 kg. Please keep pets leashed in hallways and the elevator, don`t leave them alone in the apartment, and take them outside the building for bathroom breaks. Common areas (garden, pool, gym) are pet-free zones.
